excuse me while I squeal over the fact that you can see my abs starting to form more (:
is not to see my hip bones, collar bones, cheek bones, rib cage, thigh gap, or any other kind of protrusion. MY reason is to see abs, quad muscles, biceps, strength, improvement, lifestyle, energy, cardio power, endurance. Thigh gaps would be nice. If i can see my collar bones? okay. good for me. I’m doing this to FEEL good. not just LOOK good. Call me crazy, but i don’t want to be as strong as a dainty little girl. I want to match the strength of a guy without looking like a guy. So i will work and work until i LOOK fit and FEEL fit. This, of course, calls for losing id say about 20 lbs, but if i look fit and healthy at 10 lbs lost instead? sounds good to me.
Im doing this to one day earn a black belt in Jiu Jitsu and karate. I want to show every single girl, man, woman, boy out there that beautiful is not confined in a size 2.
