I freaking did it.

it is now 5:57 am and my butt is out of bed.

Dear lord. So tired. Workout overload.

I DID GUYS. I PUSHED MYSELF TO THE MAX.

Workout today:

  • Insanity : 115 minutes
  • Did 7 miles on 8 resistance elliptical (about an 8-9 minute mile pace) 
  • Did 1/2 mile on 16 resistance (about 10 minutes) 
  • Danced like a lunatic in my kitchen while making cheesecake : 10 minutes
  • Did weights for 20 minutes
  • Extra 40 or so pushups and leg lifts. 

I. Am. So. Freaking. Tired.

Really tired from working out..

But if i want to be fit for next January, I’m not stopping yet. Lets see how hard I can push myself. I’ll post Outtake results after I’m done (:

Intake /Outake

kay so today as far as eating goes i didnt do all that great >_> 

Breakfast

  • greek yogurt (blueberry) - 140 cal
  • serving of nutella - 180 cal (it was off brand, and a bit healthier)

Lunch

  • Apple - 100 cal
  • sushi - 140 cal

Dinner

  • went out to eat… burrito(with rice, chicken, lettuce, salsa, and sour cream) , chips, salsa, and caso ~ 500 cal (guessing i think a bit less because i got the jr burrito) 

Snacks

  • honeynut cherrios - 100 cal
  • 2 1/2 handfuls of doritoes ~ 150 cal 
  • a bite of a bagel - 15 cal 

Total : ~ 1,360 cal 

okay, maybe not as bad as i thought. BUT the quality of the food wasnt so great. 

Now, for Outtake 

  • 40 minutes of insanity
  • 15 minutes of extreme abs
  • 15 minutes of weigh lifting 
  • Also I ran 6 miles 

I havent exercised that much in forever . i feel amazing .

That goes to show that you shouldnt give up even if you eat terrible right as the day starts like some nutella, and even though i made some bad choices and ate out at moes i at least chose the jr burrito and not the normal one. And i was so motivated to work out that i took advantage of my energy and pushed myself harder than i usually do. please dont give up <3

its around 4 pm here and this is my food journal for the day (:

breakfast

  • large yellow apple 110 cal
  • 1 package of oatmeal (strawberry) 150 cal

Snack

  • large yellow apple 110 cal
  • v8 fruit juice (8oz) 50 cal

Exercise 

  • 60 minutes of insanity (burns roughly 700-1200 cal)

Intake and Outtake

what ive eaten today:

90 cal fiber 1 bar

V8 juice (8 oz, 30 cal)

banana with honey (roughly 150 cal)

brownie (probably 200 cal)

roast beef and zuchini (sp?) (roughly 150 cal)

total intake so far: 630 cal (roughly)

exercise:

walked 2 miles (burned 250 cal)

going to do insanity right now (burns up to 1000-1200 cal max)

Oh sweet humidity.

so today hopefully ill have the balls to go weigh myself. not sure yet though :/ 

im helping out kids for community service for about 7 hours so hopefully that will keep my mind off of eating .. 

so far ive only had 1 pack of oatmeal (roughly 150cal) and a big glass of water, but then again its only 10:30 in the morning. hopefully i can hold out and not eat too much today (:

after helping i plan to come home and do insanity workout then go read a good book. <3

snack 1 (banana drizzled in honey - roughly 150cal)

lunch - another v8 (30 cal)

banana again (150cal)

dinner - udon noodles (220 cal)

cottage cheese (100cal)

total intake: 795 calories

exercise - insanity workout burned around 700-1000 calories
