it is now 5:57 am and my butt is out of bed.
time for some cardio and green tea before school. <3
I DID GUYS. I PUSHED MYSELF TO THE MAX.
Workout today:
I. Am. So. Freaking. Tired.
But if i want to be fit for next January, I’m not stopping yet. Lets see how hard I can push myself. I’ll post Outtake results after I’m done (:

okay, maybe not as bad as i thought. BUT the quality of the food wasnt so great.

I havent exercised that much in forever . i feel amazing .
That goes to show that you shouldnt give up even if you eat terrible right as the day starts like some nutella, and even though i made some bad choices and ate out at moes i at least chose the jr burrito and not the normal one. And i was so motivated to work out that i took advantage of my energy and pushed myself harder than i usually do. please dont give up <3

brownie (probably 200 cal)
roast beef and zuchini (sp?) (roughly 150 cal)
total intake so far: 630 cal (roughly)
exercise:
walked 2 miles (burned 250 cal)
going to do insanity right now (burns up to 1000-1200 cal max)
so today hopefully ill have the balls to go weigh myself. not sure yet though :/
im helping out kids for community service for about 7 hours so hopefully that will keep my mind off of eating ..
so far ive only had 1 pack of oatmeal (roughly 150cal) and a big glass of water, but then again its only 10:30 in the morning. hopefully i can hold out and not eat too much today (:
after helping i plan to come home and do insanity workout then go read a good book. <3
